Scope
This policy applies to Mengbi Router, its integration documentation, personal console, and API relay services. It is written for individual developers using personal keys and wallets.
Data we process
We process the information required to authenticate an account, issue and revoke keys, record wallet transactions, measure API usage, and keep the relay reliable.
- Account and authentication details such as email challenge state or an OAuth account identifier.
- Operational records such as key hashes, usage totals, request status, model, and billing events. Full API keys are not stored.
- Anonymous analytics only after you grant analytics consent. The consent choice is stored locally in your browser.
Cookies and analytics
Essential session cookies keep the personal console signed in. Optional analytics are disabled until you choose Accept in the consent panel. You can change that choice from the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, billing, audit, and usage records for as long as they are needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Contact the Mengbi support channel to request an account review or deletion where applicable.
Upstream providers
API requests are relayed to the selected upstream model provider. Do not send secrets or personal data that you do not want processed by that provider. Review the provider’s own terms and privacy policy before using a model in production.
